Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin now living in Atlanta, Georgia for the past 25 years. Chantelle started investing in real estate in 1998 part-time and by 2001 she was a full-time real estate investor. In 2009, after her second real estate crash, Chantelle found her passion in tax lien investing and has made this her primary niche. She has completed over 1000+ tax lien transactions and created a healthy net worth via tax liens coupled with buy and hold strategies. Chantelle has been a licensed real estate agent since 2006. She has been affectionally dubbed the Tax Lien Queen by her real estate peers.

Originally from Jacksonville, Florida but has called Atlanta home for over 25 years. Maurice Hodges, has 20 years of experience in Marketing and Training with various Fortune 500 companies. Maurice has been investing in real estate since 2017. He joined GTLBC in 2018 as a motivational speaker. Maurice was hand-picked and mentored by the company’s CEO, Chantelle Owens to be our Chief Training Officer. Moe, as he is called, has also been trained to teach and motivate students to create generational wealth and financial independence through tax lien investing.
